Taxes and Duties
All orders shipped outside the UK are sent under DAP (Delivered at Place) Incoterms. This means the recipient is responsible for any import customs clearance, duties, taxes, and other local charges applicable in their country.
The way these charges are collected varies depending on the destination and the courier. You may be asked to pay these costs before delivery, at the time of delivery, or after your order has been delivered.
Import duties and taxes differ from country to country, so we recommend checking the applicable charges before placing your order to avoid any unexpected costs.
Shipping Timescales
Most orders are dispatched the following day. During periods of high demand, please allow 1–3 working days for dispatch.
Delivery is next day to most UK locations, although some postcodes are limited to a 48-hour service.

Heavy Items Surcharge
Some heavy and/or volumetrically large products are subject to a shipping surcharge. This surcharge is reflected in the shipping price at checkout.
